目的 观察激光治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的临床效果。
方法  对2007年6月至2011年4月收治的30例（30眼）确诊为挫伤性睫状体脱离的患者，通过房角镜和超声生物显微镜确定脱离的位置和范围，给与激光光凝治疗。
结果  术后随访1个月～6个月，最后随访眼压正常者26只眼（受伤时间为5天-20天），眼压仍低者4只眼（采取了手术治疗。其中受伤时间大于1个月者3例）。术后视力≤0.1者4只眼，0.1~0.6者14只眼，≥0.6者12只眼。随访时超声生物显微镜提示26只眼睫状体均已复位。
结论  激光治疗早期外伤性睫状体脱离范围较小的疗效确切，方法简单。Objective  To observe the effect of laster photocoagulation on contusion cyclodialysis.
Methods  A retrospective study was carried on 30 eyes which had undergone laster photocoagulation from June 2007 to may 2011. All patients were carefully examined by anterior chamber angle lens and ultrasound bio microscope before laster photocoagulation.
Result  Following up for one month to six month, the intraocular pressure(IOP) of 26 eyes was nomal, the IOP of two patients remained lower pressure(4 eyes were performed operation).Visual acuity of 4 eyes were below 0.1, 14 eyes among 0.1~0.6, and 12 eyes above 0.6. the ciliary bodies of 26 eyes were all reattached.
Conclusion  The laster photocoagulation is an effective method to early traumaticcyclodialysis.
