| 【摘要】 目的 探讨应用多焦视网膜电图（multifocal electroretinogram,mfERG）对白内障合并视网膜色素变性患者视功能的评估。 方法 应用德国Roland公司生产的RETIscan(Version 3.15) 多焦视觉电生理检查系统，对准备行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的白内障合并视网膜色素变性患者10例（19眼）和正常人10例（19眼）进行检测。将6个环形视网膜区域的检测数据进行样本均数t检验及相关性分析。 结果 白内障合并视网膜色素变性患者各环平均振幅密度均低于正常人，潜伏期均明显长于正常人；行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后，视力与第1、2环振幅密度显著相关。 结论 mfERG可以对白内障合并视网膜色素变性患者的视功能进行客观的评估和预测。

Multifocal Electroretinogram in Patients with Cataract and Retinitis Pigmentosa

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the use of multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) in evaluating the visual function of patients with cataract and retinitis pigmentosa (RP).Methods Before the operation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, mfERG were obtained with RETIscan (vesion 3.15) electrophy siological diag nostic system for 10 patients (19 eyes) with retinitis pigmentosa and 10 cases (19 eyes) of normal subjects. The data of 6 rings were collected and analysed by T-test.Result The amplitude densities decreased and the latency delayed significantly in RP group compared with normal group at 6 rings. After phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, significant correlation was found between visual acuity and amplitude densities at the first ring and second ring. Conclusion mfERG can be used to evaluate the visual function of patients with cataract and RP and to estimate the prognosis of the patients.
