格栅状光凝治疗无渗漏中浆疗效观察

目的  评价“格栅状”光凝治疗无“渗漏”型中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变的疗效
方法  对56例（56眼）经FFA和OCT诊断为无渗漏型中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变的患者随机分为激光组（32眼）和对照组（24眼），激光组行改良黄斑“格栅状”光凝治疗，对照组观察，于1Mo后复查视力及OCT。
结果  经激光治疗后的患者视力明显提高，OCT提示黄斑盘状水肿减轻或消失。观察组无明显改善
结论  改良格栅状光凝治疗无渗漏型中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变安全有效
Aim To  eveluate  the  therapeutic  effect of 532  laser  improved grid　pattern  photocoagulation  treatment　for　central serous choriretinopathy　without   fluorescein leakage
Methods  For the past  three  years , 56 cases with central serous choriretinopathy　without   fluorescein leakage  in  our  department  were  divided  into  two  groups , the  treatmennt  group (32 patients 32 eys ) and  the  control  group ( 24 cases , 24 eyes ). Patients in the  treatmennt  group were treated by 532 laser  photocoagulation   the  control  group were observed only.
RESULTS  After 532 laser treatment, the mean visual acuity and the edema of macular was improved significantly in treatmennt  group.
CONCLUSION  532  laser  improved grid　pattern  photocoagulation treatment　for　central serous choriretinopathy　without   fluorescein leakage seems to be safe and effective.
