目的  为了探讨糖尿病性玻璃体积血的手术时机和治疗效果。
方法  对50例50眼糖尿病性玻璃体积血的病例，实施了玻璃体切除术联合眼内光凝术。
结果  术后最佳矫正视力≤0.1者13例，0.1~0.5者32例，≥0.6者5例。
结论  对糖尿病性视网膜病变所引起的玻璃体积血应及早手术。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and time selecting of vitrectomy on vitreous hemorrhage associated with diabetic retinopathy. Methods Vitrectomy combined with retinal photocoagulation was performed on 50 patients (50 eyes) of vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy. 
Results The post-operative visual acuity were 0.1 or worse in 13 eyes， 0.1~0.5 in 32 eyes，0.6 or better in 5eyes.
Conclusion Early vitrectomy should be performed on vitreous hemorrhage associated with diabetic retinopathy.
